Delivery Method
All our products are carefully packed and dispatched using a trusted courier service to ensure safe and timely delivery. Orders will be delivered directly to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout. Please ensure that the address details are accurate to avoid delays.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary based on the destination. Generally, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery within major cities may take 2–5 business days, while rural or remote areas may require additional time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Cost
The delivery fee is calculated automatically at the final stage of checkout based on the weight, size, and quantity of items in your cart, as well as the delivery location. Any applicable shipping promotions will also be reflected at checkout.
International Orders
We currently do not offer international shipping as a standard option on our website. However, if you wish to place an order for delivery outside of Sri Lanka, please reach out to us at sales@theweddingshop.lk before making a purchase. We’ll be happy to provide a shipping quote and assist you with the process.
